Then there were four, and then there were two

1. Four candidates left: Joe Biden, Mike Bloomberg, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren
2. They are all white.
3. They are all in their seventies: Warren is 70, Biden is 78, Mike Bloomberg is 78, Sanders is 79
4. Three men, one woman. Oops. Two men.
5. Two in the so-called middle lane, two in the so-called left lane. Oops. One in the middle lane, one in the left lane.
6. Two Jews, two Christians. Of the Christians, Biden is Roman Catholic, Warren is a mainstream Protestant. Oops. One Jew, one Christian.
7. None were born wealthy. Each came from a family with, at best, modest finances.
8. Education: Biden does and Warren do not have an elite degrees. Warren offsets that by teaching at Harvard Law School. Only Sanders does not have an advanced degree.
