I have not read the Mueller Report. Yet. I have begun. I will take my time.
I have read a lot about it. I’ve developed a theory, which I will test as I keep reading:
1) The Report is largely about Donald Trump’s incompetence and the incompetence of the Trump administration.
2) There was no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians because of the Trump campaign’s incompetence. Trump and his administration wanted to conspire. The Russians would have been glad to conspire. They could not figure out how to do it.
3) Trump made several attempts to obstruct justice; attmpts to obstruct the work of the Mueller investigation. He failed to obstruct justice is because he could not get the people who worked for him to do what he wanted them to do.
4) I will report back. It may be a while.
