More signs of change. Personal change. Party switching. Iowa state Rep. Republican Andy McKean announced that he would run as a Democrat in 2020.
Daily Kos Elections is following these changes. They report that eleven state legislators have changed parties.

The trend, slight that it is, appears to be away from the Republicans and toward the Democrats. Not enough to create a Blue Wave of party changes. Worth watching, though.
