TAXES

In the midst of the wall “emergency,” the lists of Trumps lies, the international quarrels with China and our NATO allies, there is no more telling example of Trump’s character than taxes.   Not his taxes. Ours. Fourteen months after the tax cut was signed into law we see the consequences of its implementation. The tax cut was initially made more appealing to some because deductions were lowered.  That created the appearance of a pay increase. Now our refunds are lower or nonexistent. Worse, some of us owe thousands of dollars. Blame Trump.
